Mr. V. J. Savani established in the year 1982 in the name of M/s PAR INORGANICS, then the PAR DRUGS AND CHEMICALS LIMITED was incorporated in the year 1999.

Our Innovation of 16 years

2002; Drying Innovation Upgrade in India. Spin Flash Dryer was first time ever listed in our product portfolio.
2005: We have set up second assembling office in Asia's greatest chemicals area, GIDC Ankleshwer.
2009: Fuel Innovation amendments from oil furnace to coal powered air generator that has further developed our expense adequacy hugely and increased company profit.
2010: We have GMP Accreditation from prestigious association named WHO at Bhavnagar production unit.
2012: We have set up two new assembling units in Bhavnagar, one is equipped for fine chemicals to grow new business fragment other than Pharma. Further, second is committed to magnesium hydroxide. Additionally, the Ankleshwer plant was updated with high-end and powerful spray dryer system.
2015: Our company expanded with one more API product, Sucralfate, making us its solitary producer in India.
2017: We have introduced 120kw solar plant with rooftop tops in application. In addition, we produce green energy and solar power by decreasing 1,54,000 kgs per year of fossil fuel byproduct.
2018: Conversion of company from Private Limited to limited in 2018.

Now, after all the expansion, our company has all high-technology drying equipment in bulk drying, for example, spray dryer, spin flash dryer, and flash dryer. It gives us an edge to create existing molecule for various applications.

In addition, subsequent to catering these years only to the pharmaceutical industry, we have made a decision to enhance our business to Fine Chemicals. The initial move towards this is now been taken by formylating Amorphous Aluminum Hydroxide for chemicals used in the construction industry. Additionally, we are dealing with 3-4 unique products such as Magnesium Silicate, from existing product line. However, the products are being formulated for uniquely different Applications.

Our lab at Bhavnagar is furnished with high-end equipment, including surface are analyzer, particle size analyzer, HPLC with IR detector, computers, stability chambers, ovens, KF apparatus, and electronic balances. We likewise have a committed Microbiological Research center to do microbiological tests.
